REGISTRATION INCLUDE

All attendees and accompanying guests must register and receive a conference badge in order to participate in conference activities. If you have any registration question, please deliver them to i3c2017@gmail.com

The registration fee includes lunch on working days of the conference, coffee breaks, the conference Gala dinner, and documentation (proceedings, etc.). However, it does not include accommodation or transportation. Extra papers, extra pages, escorts, additional copies of documentation and social program are optional items.

(Full-time students should send a proof of their full-time student status).

MUTLI-AUTHORS PAPER

Every paper must have at least one author registered. Other co-authors of the same paper wishing to attend the conference should register separately and pay the applicable registration fee. Author registration is non-refundable. Author of multiple papers: If you have an additional paper accepted for the conference, you must add the applicable amount for each additional paper.

CALCULATE YOUR REGISTRATION FEES

Choose the registration fee according to your category (see table above) If your paper has additional pages (more than  8 pages) then add 50 Euros for each page (Max 2 extra pages allowed – Total of 10 pages). If you have an additional paper accepted for the conference, you must add the applicable amount for each additional paper.

WHAT TO SEND

Once the bank transfer done, please send us email to ( i3c2017@ump.ac.ma ) to justify your payment.

-Paper ID(s), full name, institution, and country

-Completed registration form (pdf)

-Scanned copy of your payment order

-Scanned copy of your student ID – only for students.

When we will receive your registration fees we will send you a confirmation email (usually its take between 3 Days and 2 weeks).
